Press Release

Washington D.C. - Today, U.S. Representative Susan Wild was sworn into the 116th Congress to serve Pennsylvania's 7th Congressional District.

"I am deeply humbled and honored to begin serving the people of the 7th District today. To constituents across our community, whether you identify as a Republican, Independent, Democrat, or none-of-the-above: my focus will be on carrying your voice in Congress, working to make Washington hear your concerns, and assisting you through a first-rate constituent services operation.

"It’s time to get to work solving the many challenges facing our community and our country. As your Representative, I will work to build an economy that delivers for working and middle-class families, rein in prescription drug costs and ensure that healthcare is truly regarded as a right and not a privilege in our society, protect the benefits our seniors have earned after a lifetime of hard work, and shape a more promising and just future for all our children and grandchildren. I look forward to working with and representing you in Congress."
